Estancias in Peninsula Valdes
Peninsula Valdes, in Chubut province, has not only a wide range of fauna activities to offer all year long. Rincón Chico: Rincón Chico is a comfortable country house;
carefully hold by one of the pioneer families.
Rincon Chico has over 15 km of private Atlantic coastline with wild
stretches of beaches upon which hundreds of elephant seals breed each
year.

there is a stunning view. Punta Delgada lighthouse used to be an Army
base. The three beaches along a coast of 7km house one of the large
colonies of elephant seals in the world.

San Guillermo: Estancia San Guillermo is a very important reference
in your knowledge of Patagonia. Southern territories are well known
thanks to the Southern Right Whale; but nobody knows that few meters
from Estancia San Guillermo whales can be seen from Golfo Nuevo coast.
There exist much information about sea lions, elephant seals and penguins
but, on the other hand, very little is known about Patagonian flora
and fauna -center of tourism attraction at Estancia San Guillermo.
This estancia was originally built for sheepherding tasks; these rural
facilities are now used to offer a new vision of the natural wonders
of the region.

La Ernestina: It is an impressive 14ha estancia in Peninsula
Valdes. “La Ernestina” has a private penguin colony and on the coast,
in front of “La Ernestina house”, takes place one of the most exciting
annual wildlife spectacles on earth: orcas beach themselves in an attempt
to catch unwary sea lions.
“La Ernestina” also offers you sheep-shearing, photographic safari,
birds-watching and regional home-made dishes.
